Now you have a sharp looking shroud to boost the aesthetics of your rig as well as hide any cables or drives.
You can use sticky side velco to fasten it, or just place it in there tightly like I did. Put the finished shroud in place in your PC. Now you should have a nice clean line around your design, and it will look great if you did it properly! Let this coat completely dry and cure a little bit (about a day) and then peel off the tape. This color will be the main color of the piece, unless of course you are doing more than 2 coats, which in that case just repeat step 2. You can see mine at the bottom of this post. If it IS thick enough, and dry, tape off the design you want. You might need to do another coat of that color if it isn't thick enough. After the first coat it fully dried (I waited a whole night, just let it sit in the house,) check if the paint is see through. Do about 6 passes then let it dry for 4-5 hours (depending on the outside temperature hotter air dries it faster.) The steel plate at the front is held in with screws and can be removed, but the rest is. Rushing it will only cause your final piece to not turn out as nice. The PSU half-shroud is completely sealed off from the rest of the case. (havent bought the case yet) I am using an Asus Thor PSU with some RGB / OLED stuff on it which i want to be visible, but from what I can see it seem the PSU shroud is opaque and would pretty much hide the PSU. Spray the paint on very lightly and go slow. Am planning my next build using a corsair 1000D case. The color you choose will later be the contrast color of the completed piece. Clean off the surface of the metal and apply your first layer of paint. Rub the outer surface of the metal with fine sand paper to help the paint adhere.

While you're there, have them bend and cut a sheet of thin metal following the measurements you made. A PSU shroud would be an easy mod to do to for this case and would help clean things up.
